I couldn’t let another day go by without expressing my gratitude for you and your experience as “we” brought this old horse to a new home. I know it well be days before you are away from the steering wheel long enough to read your messages, but please know two things: I surely could not have done it without you, and two, Seymour would not have done as well without you. I spent several weeks stressing over moving this horse, and that morning I still was not sure it was the right thing. However, from the moment you arrived, tacked that sucker of a trailer into an impossible driveway, and loaded the horse and his golf clubs so confidently, I knew all would be well and we were off!

It was amazing that you were on time to the minute, and just so diligent and careful in the care of my new horse. The couple that I purchased “Harvey” from was very impressed with the cleanliness of your rig, you professionalism, as well as your wonderful personality, which made them feel better about sending him via a commercial shipper. My trainer has not had pleasant commercial shipping experiences and even commented on how surprised her was by your timeliness and well as the excellent condition of Harvey.

Thank you for all your efforts in transporting my horses. Through the years of transporting horses, I have never been more pleased, beginning with your prompt response to my inquiry, your genuine concern for the animals, the investment in equipment, and, most importantly, the safe delivery of my ponies. The horses arrived in Aiken, South Carolina from New Hampshire very happy and well-rested. The transport of the horses was the best part of our move to Aiken. The movers of household stuff and barn equipment were a nightmare.

….I just wanted to personally thank you for taking such good care of my horse, Kiwi. I was quite a wreck knowing that I could not be there to see him go …Bob said your rig was immaculate and you really paid attention to all details. …. You did such a great job….that trainer in Aiken was able to compete him that Friday! Usually a trip like that is stressful and requires at least week or so before he would officially compete. So thanks for that! I will be sure to use you in the future and recommend you for horse transportation.
